Sweet Baby J

Oh sweet Love! There is nothing in the world like having a newborn baby at home! I had the pleasure of spending the afternoon with the sweetest baby boy and he made my heart absolutely melt! His families story is one that hit my heart too... he's a miracle baby and I'm so happy he has the perfect family!!! :) Congrats to the R family!!! :)
